1. 我们是谁
本页所述的「我们」，指 Money Brader （营运实体：M Brader Advisory，SSM 注册号 202503068801 (IP0606394-H)）。 我们是本网站所收集个人资料的资料使用者（data user），依据马来西亚 《2010 年个人资料保护法令》（Personal Data Protection Act 2010）处理你的资料。

2. 我们收集哪些资料
你主动提供的
- 姓名
- 电邮地址
- WhatsApp 号码（含国码）
- 你选择的场次时间
我们不会在本网站向你索取身份证号码、银行户口、信用卡资料或收入证明。 任何自称代表我们、在网页上索取这些资料的页面，都不是我们的。
系统自动收集的
- IP 位址、浏览器与装置类型、大致地理位置
- 你浏览了哪些页面、停留多久、从哪个连结进来（例如广告的来源标记）
- Cookie 与类似技术所记录的浏览行为（见第 5 节）
3. 我们为什么收集，以及依据什么

提供上述资料是自愿的，但姓名、Email 与 WhatsApp 号码是完成报名的必要资料 —— 没有它们，我们无法把上课链接发给你。
4. 第三方工具，以及我们送出去的资料
为了营运网站、管理报名与衡量广告成效，我们使用以下第三方服务。它们各自也会处理你的资料：
Meta（Facebook / Instagram）
本网站装有 Meta Pixel（ID 2439935973134039）与
Conversions API，用于衡量广告成效与投放对象设定。具体来说：
- 你浏览本站页面时，我们会告诉 Meta 有一次页面浏览发生；
- 你完成报名后，我们会告诉 Meta 有一次报名完成，并附上你的 电邮、电话、姓名与国家 —— 这些资料在离开你的浏览器之前 就已经过 SHA-256 单向加密处理。 我们不会把明文的电邮或电话传送给 Meta；
- 若你日后成为付费客户，我们会以同样的加密方式，把一次成交事件回报给 Meta。
Meta 会拿这些加密值与它自己的加密值比对，以判断广告是否有效。 Meta 如何使用这些资料，受其自身条款约束： Meta 隐私政策。
不想被追踪？你可以在 Meta 广告偏好设定 调整，或使用浏览器的追踪封锁功能 —— 这不影响你报名或上课。

这些服务的伺服器可能位于马来西亚境外。当我们把资料传送到境外时， 我们会确保接收方对你的资料提供相当程度的保护。
我们不会把你的个人资料出售或出租给任何人。
5. Cookie
本网站使用 Cookie 与类似技术，包含 Meta Pixel 所设置的 第一方 Cookie（用于辨识同一位访客的多次浏览，以衡量广告成效）。 你可以在浏览器设定中封锁或删除 Cookie；封锁后网站仍可正常报名， 但我们对广告成效的衡量会变得不准确。
6. 我们保存多久
- 报名与联络资料：自你最后一次与我们互动起保存 3 年， 或直到你要求删除（以较早者为准）。
- 已成为付费客户者：依据金融服务业的记录保存要求，保存 7 年。
- 网站分析纪录：一般不超过 26 个月。
7. 你的权利
依据 PDPA 2010，你有权：
- 查阅我们持有的关于你的个人资料；
- 要求更正不正确、不完整或过时的资料；
- 撤回同意，或要求我们停止为营销目的处理你的资料；
- 要求删除不再有必要保存的资料；
- 就我们处理资料的方式提出投诉。
怎么做：寄电邮到 hello@moneybrader.com， 或 WhatsApp 018 220 4435。我们会在 21 天内回覆。
只想停止收到营销讯息？在任何一则 WhatsApp 讯息回覆 「STOP」即可，我们会停止发送 —— 这不影响你已报名的课程。
若你认为我们未妥善处理你的资料，你也可以向马来西亚 个人资料保护局（JPDP）投诉。
8. 儿童
本网站与课程面向成年人。我们不会刻意向 18 岁以下人士收集个人资料。 若你发现有未成年人向我们提供了资料，请联络我们，我们会删除。
9. 本政策的更新
我们可能不定期更新本政策。更新会直接反映在本页，并更新下方的日期。 重大变更时，我们会另行通知已报名者。

We are the data user in respect of the personal data collected through this website, and we process your data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

2. What we collect

- WhatsApp number (including country code)
- The session date you select
We do not ask for your IC number, bank account, card details or proof of income on this website. Any page that claims to represent us and asks for these is not ours.
Collected automatically
- IP address, browser and device type, approximate location
- Pages viewed, time spent, and the link you arrived from (e.g. an ad source tag)
- Browsing activity recorded by cookies and similar technologies (see section 5)
3. Why we collect it

Supplying this data is voluntary, but your name, email and WhatsApp number are required to complete registration — without them we cannot send you the class link.
4. Third-party tools, and what we send them
Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
This site uses the Meta Pixel (ID 2439935973134039) and the
Conversions API to measure advertising performance and for audience
targeting. Specifically:
- When you view a page here, we tell Meta that a page view occurred;
- When you complete registration, we tell Meta a registration occurred and include your email, phone number, name and country — these values are SHA-256 hashed before they leave your browser. We do not send your email or phone number to Meta in plain text;
- If you later become a paying client, we report that purchase to Meta the same way.
Meta matches these hashed values against its own to determine whether an ad worked. Meta's own use of this data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
Prefer not to be tracked? Adjust your Meta ad preferences or use your browser's tracking protection — neither affects your registration or attendance.

Some of these providers operate servers outside Malaysia. Where we transfer data abroad, we take steps to ensure it receives a comparable level of protection.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including first-party cookies set by the Meta Pixel to recognise repeat visits for advertising measurement. You may block or delete cookies in your browser; registration still works, but our measurement becomes less accurate.
6. How long we keep it
- Registration and contact data: 3 years from your last interaction with us, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever is earlier.
- Paying clients: 7 years, in line with financial services record-keeping requirements.
- Website analytics: generally no more than 26 months.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPA 2010 you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
- Withdraw consent, or require us to stop processing your data for marketing;
- Request deletion of data no longer necessary to retain;
- Complain about how we handle your data.

Just want the marketing messages to stop? Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message and we will stop sending them — this does not affect a class you have already registered for.
You may also complain to the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Department (JPDP).
8. Children
This website and our classes are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. Changes appear on this page and the date below is updated. For significant changes, we will notify registered participants separately.
10. Disclaimer
